Appointments

All appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes. Should you require a total restyle please advise at booking to allow required time.

A confirmation message will be sent at least 24 hours prior to service.

While there are unforeseen circumstances, which may lead to needing to change your appointment, if possible 24 hours notice would be appreciated to attend to our waiting list.

The Salon has a 15 min late policy, due to this, there may not be sufficient time to perform original service.

Due to the demand for appointments after hours and weekends, the Salon has a strict 1 no show policy. A 50% non refundable deposit of booked in service is required for next appointment to ensure booking.

Colouring

While all care is taken when dealing with colour and chemicals, please advise if you have had an allergic reaction to colour in the past.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS
(Please note no cash is kept on premises).
